The Kindred Dachshunds
Purchasing Process

Thank you for your interest in a Kindred Dachshunds puppy. We are a small, intentional breeding program committed to health, temperament, and lifelong support.

Step 1 — Submit an Application

Complete our application form with as much detail as possible. We personally review each submission and will reach out if we believe Kindred Dachshunds is a good fit for you.

Step 2 — Approval & Waitlist

Once approved, you may choose to join our Priority Waitlist.
A non-refundable deposit of $___ secures your place in line and goes toward the total purchase price.

Step 3 — A Litter Is Born

When puppies arrive, we contact families in order of the waitlist.
You will have 24 hours to confirm your interest.

Step 4 — Reservation

Once you select your puppy, an additional deposit may be required to finalize the reservation.

Step 5 — Updates & Preparation

We provide photo and video updates as your puppy grows.
Puppies go home at 8–9 weeks of age.

Step 6 — Go Home Day

The remaining balance is due prior to or at pickup.
We also discuss transportation options if needed.

• Are still considering timing
• Are not ready to commit financially
• Prefer to monitor upcoming litters

Deposits & Policies

Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to a future litter. If we do not produce a puppy meeting your criteria within one year, your deposit may be refunded.

Health & Support

Each puppy leaves with:
• Veterinary health check
• Age-appropriate vaccinations
• Microchip
• Written health guarantee
